摘要
本文提供的可编程与实时录存弹载波存仪,能适应高温、高压、强振动等恶劣环境,经得起50000g的加速度冲击,且具有非常小的体积,能安装在57mm以上口径的炮弹或火箭弹上,可以同时完成多种测试数据的实时记录。文章介绍了该波存仪的工作原理和操作方法,给出了该波存仪在122mm榴弹全弹道加速度测试中的安装及测试结果。
The recorder is a programmable and miniaturized integrated measuring device that can be housed in a shell or rocket having a caliber larger than 57mm, capable of collecting ballistic data under exacting ambient circumstances viz. peak axial acceleration up to 50000g, high temperature, high pressure and violent vibration.
In this paper, the working principle and ways of operation are given in some detail. As an example of measurement results, the axial acceleration of a shell during the whole ballistic process is presented.
