固体电解质ZrO_2(Y_2O_3)粉末的制备研究

摘要 本文比较了几种制备方法及Y_2O_3含量对ZrO_2材料性能的影响,提出了ZrO_2立方相的稳定机理。结果发现,在相同Y_2O_3含量条件下,不同制备方法制得的粉末其晶相中ZrO_2立方相体积分数有较大差异。随Y_2O_3含量的增加,粉末晶相中立方相体积分数迅速增大,其立方相晶胞参数逐渐增加,而当Y_2O_3含量增加到9mol%时,晶胞参数反过来又减小。SEM照片表明,随Y_2O_3含量的增加。ZrO_2粉末颗粒逐渐增大,Y_2O_3含量大于6mol%时,ZrO_2粉末形状变得较不均匀规整。Y_2O_3含量较低时,ZrO_2粉末才具有较好的烧結性能。 In this paper,we compared the effects of preparation methods and the content of Y_2O_3 on the properties of ZrO_2 powder, and proposed the mechanism of cubic phase stabilization.The results indicate that, at the same Y_2O_3 content, the volumetric fraction of cubic phase in crystal differed from the methods of ZrO_2 powders preparation.As Y_2O_3 content increases,the volumefric frcation of cubio phase in powder crystal increases rapidly, and the cubic unit cell parameter of powder increases but decreases when Y_2O_3 content increases to 9mol%. SEM photograph indicates that, the grain size of the powder increases with the increasing of Y_2O_3 content in ZrO_2 powder, and the powder containing low Y_2O_3 content has good sintering property, while Y_2O_3 content increases o or above 6mol% the powder has bad sintering compactness.
