领导者创新是用新观念来对待新事物,用新方式来解决新问题。领导决策是贯彻领导者活动始终的工作,是直接影响领导效能的决定因素。人才是社会生产力发展的支撑和智力依托。领导者应承担起发现人才、培养人才、使用人才的社会使命。
That leader's innovation,decision-making and making use of talents will have significant effect on the productivity development.The leader's innovation means applying new concept to treat new things, applying new method to solve new problems.Decision-making will carry out leader's activities all the time, and therefore will be the determinant of affecting leader's efficiency.Talents are the support for the de- velopment of social productivity and intelligence.Leaders should assume the social mission of discovering talents,forstering talents and making good use of talents.
