Transfer of the Rural Social Labour Force in Our Country:Its Implications

改革开放以来我国农村社会劳动力向非农业的大规模转移，内蕴着改变我国社会生产力城乡旧格局、生产关系内部不同经济成份发生根本变化、市场发育趋向完整、农民观念根本转变的长期标志性积极因素，过去现在将来都发生着有利于农村经济发展、城市经济发展、稳固农业基础的巨大积极作用。

The present paper centers on the significance and role of the transfer of the rural social labour force in our country.According to the author,the rural labour force's transferring to non－ agriculture marks:(1)the shift in the old pattern of the productive forces;(2)the alteration of different economic sectors within production relations;(3)the sound development of the market;(4)the change in the farmers' concepts.And the transfer plays an important role in developing rural and urban economy.
