我国离婚赔偿制度的确立具有重大的意义，但必须明确承担损害赔偿责任的主体和损害赔偿的方式，才能切实保护被损害者的合法权益。

This article points out that the system of divorce compensations still needs to further clarify the subject respon- sible for the compensation of losses and the methods for making the compensations in other to better protect the compensated.
