Experiment and Study on Musculi Rectus Abdominis' Superficial Electromyogram

本文通过对四种腹肌练习时腹直肌表面肌电图和积分肌电图的研究,揭示了腹直肌主动收缩时肌电和肌张力的变化特征,以及不同腹肌练习对增进腹直肌力量的影响。

By the study on musculi rectus abdominis' superficial EMG and IEMG, this article sets forth the characteristics of EMG' s and musculi' s tension when musculi rectus abdominis contract actively and points out the influence of different physical exercises on developing musculi rectus abdominis strength. The purpose of this article is also to present theoretical basis for organizing the training reasonablly.
