In this paper,the author have discussed the propagation of Poynting vectors inside and outside a solenoid Carrying a current.When the Poynting vector comes into the solenoid,it turnsinto the increase of electromagnetic energy.When the electromagnetic energy decreases,it turns into the Poynting Vec- tots Coming out of the solenoid.
