摘要
在一维格尼 (Gurney)飞板运动公式的基础上 ,引进爆炸冲量 ,推导出合理装药厚度 δ的计算公式 ,并进行实验验证和误差分析。实践证明该公式在大面积、大厚度复合钢板中的计算数值和实验数值基本吻合 ,有益于爆炸焊接装药量的优化设计。
This article is based on one dimension Gurney's model of flyer plates, bringing in explosive impulse. An calculating formula is deduced on rational charge depth δ, proved by tests and deviation analyses. The calculating numerical value in compound steel plates of large area and big thickness coincides with testing value, which is beneficial to the optimizing design of explosive welding charge quantity.
