摘要
宪法通过适用而进入诉讼程序是宪法发展趋势之一 ,文章对宪法适用在我国还未进入诉讼视域的原因从表层和深层作了分析 ,从法理上阐明了宪法进入诉讼是必要和可行的 。
WT5BZ]It is one of the tendencies of the constitution development that the constitution is applied to the lawsuit procedure.Through both surface and deep analysises of the reasons why the application of the constitution is still out of sight of the lawsuit,the paper illustrates the necessity and possilbility of the application of the constiution into the lawsuit from the point of jurisprudence and also proposes the dual system application scheme of the constitution.
