摘要
目的:红斑狼疮与细胞凋亡障碍有关,Bcl-2通过干扰细胞凋亡从而延长细胞寿命,因此,探讨Bcl-2在SLE发病中的作用十分重要。方法:运用免疫组化法测定Bel—2在63例SLE患者外周血淋巴细胞的表达。结果:SLE患者外周血淋巴细胞Bcl-2的表达明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),活动期与缓解期相比亦有较显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:外周血淋巴细胞凋亡可能是SLE的发病机理之一。
It is well known that systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is linked directly to disorder in apoptosis and Bel -2 protein can enhance lymphocyte survival by interfering apoptosis. Therefore, it is very important to investigate the role of Bel -2 protein in SLE. Method: Immunohistochemical stain was used to detect the expression of Bel - 2 protein in 63 SLE patients. Result: The expressive rate of this protein in the peripheral lymphocytes of the patients was greatly higher than that of the nonnal subjects (p < 0.01), and the rate during active stage of SLE was higher than that during inactive stage (p < 0.05) . Conclusion: Although the occurrence of abnormal high expression of Bel - 2 protein in peripheral lymphocytes is not specific for SLE, the disorder of apoptosis in peripheral lympocytes is releted to the expression of Bel - 2 and occureence of SLE.
