摘要
在超高增压系统中,旁通是解决压气机和发动机匹配问题的必要措施;旁通节流是解决扫气问题的重要手段;发动机(尤其是车用发动机)的实用工况要求压气机和涡轮之间的压差与发动机转速无关。本文介绍旁通节流装置的主要功用、设置方式、结构特点及提出几个方案设想和一个研制产品。
Among the supercharging systems, bypassing is a necessary measure to settle the problem of engine/compressor matching and the bypass throttle is an important means to settle the scavenging problem. Engine (especilly the vehicular engine)operation modes request that engine speeds be independent of the pressure difference between the compressor and the turbine. The bypass throttle is the key unit for attaining the above aims. The present article discusses the chief functions, mode of implementation, structural features of such units and suggests several schemes in principle, as an experimental project under development.
