摘要
本文用裂解气相色谱(PGC)、裂解气相色谱-质谱联用(PGCMS)、差热分析(DTA)、红外光谱(IR)等方法研究了8种不同批号发射药用聚氨酯缓蚀添加剂,借鉴前人的研究成果,对这种聚氨酯用于枪药的缓蚀机理作了初步探讨。实验证明,PGC是鉴定发射药用聚氨酯的简便而有效的方法;发射药中加入聚氨酯不仅能降低火焰温度,而且能降低腐蚀性燃烧气体的浓度。据此推论,这种聚氨酯用于炮药同样也能起缓蚀作用。
Eight samples of the polyurethane foam (PUF) used as a wear-reducing additive in propellant were identified by pyrolysis-gas chromatography (PGC), PGC-MS, DTA and IR. The results showed that PGC is a more efficient method for the identification of PUF as compared with DTA and IR. It can be inferred also that the rationle why PUF can reduce the wear of barrel is due to the fact that PUF can not only lower the flame temperature' but also decrease the concentration of corrosive nitrogen-containing gases produced by propellant combustion.
