对“勐海禁毒模式”的思考

Reflections on Monghai Model of Drug Prohibition

在云南省西双版纳傣族自治州勐海县地方政府的领导下 ,由该县外事办牵头 ,县科委、农业局种子公司、农业技术推广站等单位 ,与缅甸掸邦东部第四特区合作开展“绿色禁毒工程” ,进行互利互惠的科技合作。在第四特区有效地推广种植杂交水稻、咖啡、沙参、茶叶、橡胶等作物 ,替代了以住的罂粟种植 ,从根本上铲除毒源 ,为标本兼治、堵截毒品进入我国 。

With the leading of the local people's government in Monghai county, xishuangbaina, Dai Autonomous Profecture,Yunnan province and the guidance of the county's Foreign Affairs Office,the county's Science and Techonology Connittec,the seed company of the Agricultune Bureau and the center for spreading agricultrral technology have been cooperating with the forth special zone in the east of Shanbang, Burma to develop“Green Engineering of Drug Drohibition”,promoting the mutually beneficial cooperation of science and technology. Effectively spreading the planting of hybrid rice, coffee,adenophora stricta,tea and rubber at the forth special zone to replace opium poppy planting has uprooted the source of drug.According to this,we have grobed an effective way to treat both principle and secondary aspects of drug and prevent drug from coming into our country.
