摘要
随着经济形势的发展变化 ,我国国有企业内部的劳动关系也在发生深刻的变化 ,并日趋复杂化。这既有企业内部微观因素的变化 ,也有宏观经济因素的影响。在调整国有企业劳动关系时 ,应当澄清认识 ,抓住主要矛盾 ,积极进行政策调整。
Because of the changes and influences of the microcosmic factors of the enterprise and the macrocosmic factors of the state ecomomy,there are the deep changes and the continual complexities of the labour relationship of the state-owned enterprise.To adjust the labour relationship,it is necessary to clarify facts,to grasp the main contradiction and to actively adjust policy.
