摘要
本文从我国破产法律制度的特点及缺陷入手 ,从适用范围的扩大、破产原因的统一、破产和解与破产整顿的关系等几个方面讨论了如何完善我国现行破产法律制度。
This paper,according to the character and defects of our present system of bankruptcy,discusses how to improve our present system of bankruptsy law in those aspects,such as description of objective legislation,enlargement of scope of application,unification of bankruptcy reconciliation and reorganization.
