摘要
对反射式强度调制型光纤传感器 (RIM FOS)中光纤轴与反射面的垂直度对光强调制特性的影响问题进行了细致的研究 ,建立了相应的数学建模 ,给出了反射面在不同倾斜角时的光强调制特性曲线及特性参数的定量计算结果 。
Among the theoretical and experimental research of the reflective intensity-modulated fiber optic sensor (RIM-FOS), a very important problem is always neglected, which is rite effect on the intensity modulation caused by perpendicularity between the axis of fiber pairs and the reflector, i.e., the obliquity of the reflector. In the light of this, the mathematical analysis of this effect is performed. The simulation results of the RIM-FOS characteristic parameters with the different obliquity of the reflector are computed and the characteristic curves are plotted. Results show that the obliquity of the reflector exerts great influence on the modulation function of the fiber pair. So advice is presented that the axis of fiber pair should be perpendicular to the reflector.
