对“高薪养廉”论点的三个质疑

劳动者薪水的高低主要取决于社会经济发展的整体水平、劳动力再生产所需要的费用和个人消费品的分配制度，笼统地提“高薪”是不科学的；腐败是由多种原因共同作用的结果，其中公职人员薪水的高低不是主要因素，因此即使实行“高薪”也未必一定能够“养廉”；我国目前还不具备实行“高薪”的条件，在工人阶级掌握政权的国家里，对公职人员也是不应该实行“高薪”的。

The payments of workers mainly depend on the whole level of social economic development, the expense of reproduction of labour power and the allocation system of individual consumer's goods, so it isn't scientific for us to speak the“ high salaries” in general terms. Corruption was caused by various reasons together, and in which the high or low salaries of the jurat wasn't the key factor. Since it is so the honesty can't sure be build up even if we carry out the“ high salaries” policy. Now our country hasn't the conditions of implementing“ high salaries” , moreover, we shouldn't carry out the policy to the jurats because our country's political power is grasped by the worker classes.
