LAK细胞对环磷酰胺治疗SHR大鼠肺转移的协同作用

摘要 在本实验中,我们研究了环磷酰胺和LAK细胞输入联合应用对SHR大鼠乳腺癌肺转移的影响,实验结果表明,当投给50mg/kg的环磷酰胺和被动输入LAK细胞可以明显地抑制SHR大鼠乳腺癌的肺转移(P<0.01);并且有效地延长带瘤动物的生存时间,LAK细胞还可协同增加环磷酰胺(25mg/kg)的抗转移作用(P<0.05)。以上结果提示此方法是治疗转移一个有效的免疫化学疗法。 The authers pointed out that effect of cyclophosphamide combined with LAK cells on pulmonary metastasis of SST-2 mammary carcinoma transferred in this experiment. It showed that combination of cyclophosphamide and passive transf er red LAK cells led to efficiently inhibit experimental pulmonary metastasis of the mammary carcinoma in SHR rats (P<0.01), and to improve the survival of animals bearing SST-2; LAK cells could have a synergistically increased effect of cyclophosphamide on antimetastasis (P<0.05). The results indicated that it may provide method for the immunochemotherapy of metastasis.
