黄遵宪是近代维新派中较系统接受西方资产阶级思想的少数“先进中国人”之一 ,是戊戌维新运动的主要领导人。在戊戌变法过程中 ,他是实施变革最力、效果最好的维新派领袖。加强对黄遵宪及其维新思想的研究 。

Huang Zunxian was one of modern time reformers,the main leader of the WUXU Reform Movement,who had received western capitalist in his early time.In the process of the WUXU Reform, he transformed effectively and got great effects.
