鄂西土家地区宗族组织的历史变迁

On the Patriarchal Clan Organization’s Historic Change of the Tujia Ethnic Group in the Western Hubei Province

湖北土家族长期聚居在鄂西武陵山区。从 19世纪中叶到 2 0世纪末 ,鄂西土家地区的宗族组织和宗族生活随政治、经济体制的变化出现了勃兴、发展、衰微、回复的过程 ,对当地民间社会生活和社会基层组织建设产生了久暂不一的影响。本文在田野调查的基础上 ,结合文献材料和前人的研究成果对此作出了较详尽的分析。

Tujia ethnic group in Hubei mainly lives in the compact communities of Wuling mountain area.In the long historic river from the middle of the 19th century to the end of the 20th century,the patriarchal clan organization and clan life here have a course of growth ,development,decline and revival with the changes of political and economic systems,which exerts a long or short term influence on the native social life and basic social organization constructions .This article presents a penetrating analysis on the clan organization of Tujia ethnic group in Hubei on the basis of fieldwork,combining the literature and previous achievements.
