试论我国公民伦理道德教育

On the Ethical Education of Chinese Citizens

公民伦理道德教育作为世界性的课题 ,有许多问题值得研究。根据当前我国公民伦理道德建设中存在的主要问题 ,公民伦理道德教育应从培养公民意识 (包括平等意识、主人意识、权利和义务意识 ) ,培养尊重他人、尊重权利和尊重公共生活准则的公共伦理态度 ,培养公民的社会责任感 ,加强民族传统美德教育等几个方面入手 。

The ethical education of citizens is a problem of worldwide importance.Considering the major problems existing in the ethical reconstruction of Chinese people,such as the twist of personal moral integrity,the unconcerned attitude toward society,the lose of social morality,the auther lists a few points in the ethical education of Chinese citizen as follows:foster the consciousness of citizenship (including consciousness of equality,of master,of rights and responsibilities),foster public moral attitude of respecting other people,respecting rights and respecting the rules of social life,foster the sense of responsibilities of citizens,strengthen the education of traditional national morality,and then puts forward forms and ways of ethical education of Chinese citizens.
