摘要
本文作者应用文献、分析、归纳和综述的方法 ,分析了传统英语教学的现状以及存在的问题 ,并通过对传统英语教学媒介和多媒体计算机辅助教学 (MMCAI)的比较 ,阐述了多媒体在语言教学中所起的积极和能动作用和它对我国外语教学水平的提高所起的巨大作用 ,同时也指出了当前MMCAI在语言教学中面临的问题和挑战 。
By analyzing the weaknesses of traditional language teaching and by comparing and contrasting the differences between the traditional teaching media and the MMCAI, the authors shed light on the positive and effective roles of the latter in modern language teaching. Meanwhile, they also point out the difficulties and challenges faced by MMCAI as a means of language teaching. By doing so, the authors try to emphasize the necessity and realistic significance of MMCAI in aplication to language teaching in China.
