本文是对近 1 0年来英语新词的一篇研究文章 ,主要论及新词的量、面和产生方式三个方面。作者认为 ,近 1 0年产生的新词虽多 ,但产生的方式还是以传统方式为主。了解到这一点 ,可以极大地帮助学生应付层出不穷的新词了。
This paper discusses the new English words that have emerged in the past ten years, concentrating on their quantity, range and formation. The author holds that though the new words produced in the past ten years are plentiful, their formations are still mainly traditional. Knowing this will greatly help students deal with the new words.
