心理健康标准研究现状的反思——兼论心理健康的平衡说

Beflection On The Current Research About Mental Health Criterion ——also on the Balance Theory of Mental Health

心理健康标准研究的现状可归纳为六种依据、两种思路与两种倾向。心理健康的标准应注重两种倾向———社会性和个体性的统一。这种统一体现于适应与发展应成为心理健康考察的基本对象 ,并最终落实在对心理机能的评估上。在此基础上 ,本文提出了“心理健康的平衡说” 。

The current research about mental health criterion could be summed up to six bases、two trains of thought and two inclinations. The research of mental health criterion should put stress on the integration of two inclinations——sociality and individuality. Therefore, adaptation and development should be the basic object of mental health research and will be ultimately shown on the evaluation of mental function. On such basis, the author puts forward Balance Theory of mental health, holding that mental health is the balance state of mental function.
