摘要
在干部的考察中 ,不仅要考察干部的政绩 ,而且要善于通过政绩来考察干部的“官品”、“志趣”、“谋断”、“能力”和“大器”等方面的素质 ,以便更全面、更深入地了解干部 ,避免和克服干部考察中的形而上学和片面倾向 ,以匡正不良的用人之风。
During the course of the check on the cadres,the cadres must be not only tested and judged through achievements in their official career,but also through which their versatile qualities,such as their official quality,aspiration and tastes,strategy,abilities and great minds,will be observed and known better.In that case,the higher authorities will be able to learn more about the cadres more deeply ,avoid and overcome the metaphysics,and the tendency of one-sidedness in course of the check on the cadres.Furthermore,the bad custom of how to make use of personnal will be rectified.
