我国现阶段大学英语精读教学面临着诸多难题，这些难题一直困扰着我们的教坛，严重影响着教学质量的提高。本文通过对张思中十六字外语教学法中的反复循环的科学原理及运作程式的阐述，充分揭示了反复循环在英语教学中的重要性。

At present in the teaching of English Intensive Reading there are various problems, which affect the improvement of the teaching quality. This paper reveals the importance of repeated circulation of useful words in English language teaching by explanation of scientific principles of 16-character method of FLT created by Mr. Zhang Sizhong and demonstration of how to use the method.
