摘要
本文对45例具有娩出先天性心脏病的高危孕妇,进行遗传咨询和产前胎儿超声心动图检查,以指导计划生育。
The results of fetal echocardiography in 45 high-risk obstetric patients (16 to 40 weeks gestation)are presented, Fetal cardiac scanning was performed by a pediatric cardiologist after detailed genetic counselling has been performed. Abnormal fetal heart specimens were collected and studied morphologically. All obstetric patients were scanned for high genetic or environmental risk. The standard echocardiography views, ie, long-axis, great vessel short axis, four chambers and aortic arch were shown. The recognition of congenital heart disease, in the uterus is to genetic counselling, family planning and delivery and making decisions regarding termination of pregnancy and planning postnatal care.
