Determination of Blood Se Concentration from Female Patients with Benign and Malignant Tumor

本文检测了47例妇科肿瘤惠者(恶肿32例、良肿15例)和30例健康妇女血硒浓度。结果表明,无论良肿还是恶肿患者血硒浓度均低于健康妇女。恶肿血硒浓度最低,与健康人相比差异显著,与良肿相比差异明显。良肿血硒浓度与健康人相比无差异。

In this Paper, we assayed the blood Se in 47 patients with gynecological tumor (32 were malignant and 15 were benign) and 30 normal women. The results showed that either in benign or in malignant tumor the blood Se were lower than that of normal women. The blood Se concentration was lowest in malignant tumor, compared with normal P<0.01. compared with benign P<0.05. Nonsensical difference was found in benign tumor and in normal people.
