摘要
作为魏晋之际的一位大儒，王肃所为人注意的往往只是经学史上的“郑（玄）王之争”，其儒学思想的丰富内涵却常被忽略。本文通过对王注《孔子家语·致思篇》的研究发现，王肃的思想打上了鲜明的时代烙印，具有援法入儒，德（礼）法兼备、顺时权变的特点，深刻地反映了魏晋之际复杂的社会和政治变革，在中国儒学思想发展史上也具有重大的意义。
As a famous Confucian in wei and Jin period,Wangsu was remarka ble but common scholars only paid attention to 'battle of wits between Zhengxuan and Wangsu'in classical knowledge and ignored his abundance elaborative faculty in Confucianism thinking.The article finds some new points of view in the book 〈Confucius's dialog in-house·how to thinking〉.Wangsu's opinion had vivid epoc h characteristic such as adding Legisnism to Confucianism.All these characterist ics were reflection of the complicated social and political change between Wei d ynasty and Jin dynasty.So the book has great meaning in the develop of China's C onfucianism phylogeny.
