思想政治工作过程有它特有的结构。思想政治工作过程的结构是一个由思想政治工作过程的基本要素、基本阶段和基本环节共同构成的立体动态结构。思想政治工作是一个由教育主体、教育客体、教育介体和教育环体四个基本要素相互联系、相互作用构成的有机系统。从一个完整的思想政治工作过程来看 ,它包括内化、外化和重新教育三个基本阶段。思想政治工作过程包括确定目标。

The process of ideological and political education has its special dynamic structure,which is composed of elementary factors,basic phases and elementary links.The process of ideological and political education is an organic system,including the educational subject,the educational object,the educational medium and educational environmental elements which are interrelated and interacted one another.In terms of a whole process of ideologial and politial education,it primarily consists of three basic phases:internalization,externalization,and reeducation.It also has three elementary links:setting its objectrive,facilitating its transformation and achieving its feedback inhibition.
