摘要
运用概化理论对国家公务员面试评分问题进行了研究 ,结果表明 :国家公务员面试评分中 ,评分者之间具有较高的一致性。在评分信度要求中等的情况下 ,建议将评分者减少为 6名。对面试评分误差的控制提出了建议。
In this research, we tried to apply the Generalizabity Theory (GT) in the scoring of interview of civil servants recruiting. The result showed: there is a high consistency among raters, and we suggest delcline the raters from 9 to 6 if we can in the middle degree of rating reliability.
