经尿道输尿管肾镜临床应用120例报告

Clinical Experience with Transurethral Ureterorenoscopy in 120 Cases

本文报道120例,其中94倒输尿管结石,取石成功79例,失败15例。其余26例非结石性输尿管疾病,用输尿管肾镜检查得到正确诊断。本组病例术后未发生严重并发症。文中对经尿道输尿管肾镜术的适应证和操作方法进行了讨论,提出该法是诊断肾盂、输尿管疾病和治疗输尿管结石的好方法。

Of 120 Patients, 94 had ureterolithiasis. Stone removal was successfully accomplished in 79 of the 94 patients, and failed in the other 15. The remaining 26 non-lithiatic urctcropathy patients were correctly diagnosed with transurethral ureterorenoscopy. No serious postoperative complications occurred in this group. This article discusses the indications and operating rules of transurcthral uretcrorenoscopy, and suggests that the method should be regarded as the procedure of choice for the diagnosis of urctcropathy and pyclopathy and the treatment of ureterolithiases.
