电针镇痛对大鼠脑组织多胺物质含量的影响

摘要 我们以前的工作证明,针刺镇痛与大鼠各脑区氧耗量,三磷酸腺苷酶和碳酸酐酶的活性,以及第二信使物质 C—AMP 的含量有密切关系.认为针刺镇痛是一个复杂的生化代谢过程,是对中枢神经系统一个综合的调控结果.通过文献复习,近20年来,人们证明了多胺(一般指尸胺、腐胺、精脒与精胺)是一切生物体生命功能的调控物质。实验证明,多胺可抑制胃酸的分泌而起抗溃疡的作用;多胺还具有中枢镇痛作用,与美散痛(Methadon)吗啡,或类阿片活性肽的镇痛机理有其相似,之处。即:它们可通过对前列腺素水平的调控,从而影响细胞 C—AMP 水平。 Polyamines (putrescine,spemidine and spermine) are knownto influence many cellular processes.Their concentrations in tissues are propo-rtional to the rate of cellular growth.There is evidence that they participatemore then one phase of nucleic acid-protein metabolism.It is possible that pol-yamines may modify many enzyems as a biochemical basis for the reg ulaton.of CNS founction recent study suggests that polyamines' biosynthesis is sti-mulated by C-AMP,and may act as a primary second messenger for regulationof C NS.The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a correlationbetween acupuncture analgesia (AA) and the polyamines in rat brain.Theresults of animal experiments indicated that the contents of endogenous putres-cine and polyamines were related to the offectiveness of AA in rat brain.Theresults (μmol:M±SE,putrescine,polyamine,res(?)ectively) as follows:1.Control groug:0.1114±0.019;0.847±0.039.2.Analgesia negative group:0.1308±0.01(p>0.05);0.7768±0.04 (p>0.05)3.Analgesia positive group:9.2032±0.08.(p<0.01);1.3258±1.334 (p<0.01).The results indicated that the production of putrescine.and polyamine in CNwas regulated by A A,which,we suggest,may be part of the mechanism ofAA.
