我国新的一轮机构改革正在进行 ,过去庙多、官多、政繁 ,弊端丛生。二十多年来 ,几次机构改革都未走出“精简———膨胀———再精简———再膨胀……”的怪圈。新的一轮机构必须把重点放在“精官简政”

A new round of organization reform is underway in our country. Too many “temples”, too many governmental officials ad complicated administration led to various malpractices in the past. In the past two decades, several organization reforms haven't helped to get out of the dilemma of “cutting-expanding-recutting-reexpanding”.“Better officials and simpler administration” should be put to an important position in the new round of organization reform.
