摘要 本文从《语言习得、语言测试与英语教学改革题录》的统计数据出发,对改革开放以来外语教学与研究的发展概况作了共时和历时的比较与分析,并建议外语教学与研究工作者1.把更多的精力放在外语学习论与语言习得理论的研究上;2.既要开展外语教学的单一方面的研究,又要重视各个方面之间相互关系的探讨;3.注意利用周边学科的发展和学科交叉的结果;4. With some statistics of a bibliography entitled A Selective Bibliography of Acquisition, Testing, and Teaching of Language, this article analyses and discusses the achievement made in the field of TEFL. Thereby it suggests that researchers 1. pay more attention to the theories of language learning and acquisition; 2. further the study of the interrelationship between aspects of EFL teaching and learning as well as of each aspect as it is; 3. make good use of the interaction and development of neighbouring subjects; and 4. do more teaching experiments and investigations.
