在与工农相结合的实践中锤炼成才——学习贯彻“三个代表”思想的体会

Being Tempered and Improved In the Practice of Combining with the Workers and Farmers——Randoms on Study and Practice of “Three Represents”

本文以一个高学历人员到地方政府担任行政职务的亲身经历和体验 ,总结得出知识分子在与工农相结合的实践中的四点体会 :一是在参与政府经济管理的实践中 ,进一步增强市场经济观念 ;二是在为基层、为人民服务的实践中 ,进一步改造世界观 ,增强服务意识 ;三是向基层干部群众学习 ,坚定理想信念 ,提高管理协调能力 ;四是利用自身优势 ,服务基层 ,增强地方干部的科技意识。本文认为安排高学历人才到地方担任行政职务是实践“三个代表”重要思想的一种形式 。

The following points are summarized based on a highly educationed person’s own stories and experience through the practice with the workers and farmers while acting as the executive post in the local government.The first,the understanding of the market has been further improved in the governments' economic administration.The second,the outlook of world and sense of service has been further improved in serving the grassroots units and people.The third,the ideal and belief are consolidated,and the administrative and coordinating abilities are improved by learning from the grassroots cadres and masses.The fourth,we should serve the grassroots units and improve the understanding of science and technology to bring them into full play,with the advantages of the knowledge.It is important to assign the person with the high education to work and act as executive posts in the local governments,which is a form of fulfillment of the important thoughts of the“three represents(the CPC represents the requirements to develop advanced productive forces,an orientation towards advanced culture,and the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people in China)”.
