摘要
本文深入探讨了固液两相管流中两个主要流动参数——淤积临界流速和水力坡度的计算及其影响因素。根据两相流的能量方程、连续性方程及颗粒悬浮方程等关系,从理论上得出了广泛颗粒级配的固液两相管流的相似准则和模化条件。由于实际试验条件所限,提出了近似模化管道输送参数的新方法。重点分析了影响预测精度较大的准则——弗汝德准则的作用以及其他各种特性参数对它的影响。最后以已有的大小管道试验资料进行了检验。结果表明、在满足一定相似条件下,本方法得到的预测值与试验实测值相接近,并具有一定的精度,基本上可达到设计要求。
This paper nvestigates deeply the computation of two impor rant parameters in solid liquid two phase pipeline transportation ——deposition crilical velocity.and pressure gradient.According to the relationship among the energy equation,the equation of conti nuity and the suspension equation of particles,the criteria(dimen sionsless parameters)and conditions of similarity are derived for wide range of particle.Approximate analogy method is presented here because of the limitation of testing condition.The role of single dimensionsless parameters in varying cases is discussed.Es pecially,the role of FROUDE number and the influence on it by other characteristic parameters are emphasized. The theoretical results are compared with available experimen tal data,and found to be close each other.It shows that the method have the enough accuracy under given similarity conditions. The result of this study can be generalized for the pipeline's design.
