摘要
本文对挖斗式矿车清理机所采用的两自由度五杆机构工作机构进行了分析,在满足挖掘力和运动轨迹的前提下。对工作机构进行了优化设计,最终获得最佳的结构尺寸。生产实践已经证明,该机构是挖斗式矿车清理机理想的工作机构。
The working mechanism of the car cleaner with the digger type is analyzed in this paper.This working mechanism come into use the five-bar mechanism of the two-freedom.Make it a condition that,be satisfactory to digging force and motional locus,the op timum design for working mechanism is made.Through this work, obtains optimum structure size.It is testified by producing prac tice that,this mechanism is ideal for the car cleaner of the digger type.
