糖尿病与微量元素铬、铜、锌、镁

Diabetes with Trace Elements Cr, Cu, Zn and Mg

本文对35例糖尿病病人及23例健康人的发及血中微量元素铬、铜、锌、镁的含量进行了测定。结果发现,糖尿病组发中铬、铜,锌、镁含量均低于对照组。从而提出,补充铬制剂应作为糖尿病治疗的手段之一。

The amount of trace elements Cr, Cu, Zn and Mg in blood and hair of 35 diabetics and 23 normal subjects were assayed. The results showed that the concentration of Cr, Cu, Zn and Mg in hair was lower than that of the control group, especially Cr(t=5.55, P<0.01). This may be used as one of the criteria for diagnosis and treatment. Among them, a low Cr concentration in diabetes is especially important, because low Zn, Cu and Mg are also seen in many other diseases, such as blood diseases, dermal diseases, carcinoma and so on. But lack of Cr can only be seen in diabetes and arteriosclerosis. The data in this paper also showed that Cr concentration was low in diabetes. So we suggest that chromic salts(especially organic) should be supplemented in treatment of diabetes.
