摘要
本文提出了一种测量高速内燃机连杆大端轴承轴心轨迹的方法,开发了170柴油机连杆大端轴承轴心轨迹的测量装置,并利用该测量装置成功地获得了高达2200 r/min 的连杆大端轴承轴心轨迹。作者在计算中考虑了滑油的压粘效应,并对传统的静力学计算方法进行了动力学修正。理论与试验表明,目前通用的轴心轨迹计算方法尚有待于改进.
The paper describes a unique method and a device for measuring thejournal centre orbits of the bearing at the large end of the connecting rod inhigh speed diesel engine.By means of this measuring device the journal cen-ter orbit of the connecting rod can be obtained at high engine speed up to2200r/min.The oil pressure-viscosity effect is considered in the calculation,and a modification with dynamic theory is made to the traditional statics cal-culating procedure.Both calculations and experiments prove that the methodsused to calculate the journal centre orbits at present remain to be improved.
