道德观念规范着人们的行为方式 ,中日道德观非常相似 ,都重名惜誉 ,以失去名誉为耻。但其行为方式的体现却有所不同 ,中国人表现为一种自律性 ,而日本人却倾向于他律性。其产生的历史背景和发展趋势也有所不同。

One's act is governed by his moral concepts.The moral concepts of the Chinese and those of the Japanese are very similar in that both cherish reputation and feel ashamed of losing it.Their acts,however,are different in that the former tend to be self disciplined and the latter disciplined by others.In addition,the historical background and developmental trend of their acts also differ.
