建国 50年来 ,腐败现象在不断发展变化 ,我们党的反腐廉政策略也在不断进行理论上的思考和实践上的改进 ,在新形势下一种新的反腐倡廉策略已经基本形成。

Since the establishment of P.R. China in 1949, the phenomena of corruption inside the government have never stopped changing, so have the Party's theories and practice of anti-corruption. And under the new situation, the up-to-date tactics of anti-corruption have almost take shape.
