摘要
我国加入世贸组织后 ,以高科技为手段的犯罪及跨国犯罪活动发案率将有所上升。为营造良好的政治、经济、文化环境 ,民警将加强与国际刑警的合作与交流 ;由于服务对象的多元化 ,要求民警具有过硬的综合素质 ;为了具有新环境的应变能力 ,我国民警应具有创新能力和创新意识 ;社会的进步要求执法人员文明执法和民主决策。
After entering WTO,high technology crime and international crime will increase in number.People's police will strengthen cooperation and exchange with international police to uphold a favorable political,economic and cultural environment.Because of the multiplication of serving objects and new environment after entering WTO,they have to possess high quality,creative ability and consciousness.What's more,they should enforce the law in a civilized manner and make decision through democratic way.
