文学研究会“为人生”的文学观是研究现代文艺思想变迁的一个“标本”,透过它我们可以看到在启蒙主义的“五四”文学中已孕育出属于“革命文学”的胚芽。文学研究会对作家社会责任感的强调 ,体现了这个文学观正逐步“走向革命”的文学团体对作家人格精神的更直接的要求 ,对成就文学研究会“为人生”的文学事业至关重要 ,对新时期以来文学的多元发展和迷乱 。

The Literatureresearch Society's view of literature'for the sake of life'is a specimen in the study of modern art philosophy,through which we can see that the enlightened 'May 4th Movement'literature was already pregnant with the 'revolutionary literature'.Its stress on writers' sense of social responsibility shows that this literature organization whose view of literature was heading 'toward revolution'has dirct requirement of wriers' moral quality.This is of crucial importance to the achievement of the Society's literary cause'for the sake of life',which is also of the value of enlightenment to the multidevelopment and daze of the new era.
