Western Eduropean socialist parties are influential political parties in the political stage.Their rising tells us that we should adjust the party programme and policy constantly,strive for support of every stratum masses in order to strengthen the ruling foundation,enlarge cooperation and exchange between parties to assimilate and use their ruling experiences and lession,and reform party building to strengthen the attraction,coacervationity,and fighting power of the party.
