On Consistency of Deng Xiaopin’s Human Rights Criterion

全国人民是人权的主体 ;讲人权要把国家主权放在第一位 ;强调经济是人权内容中最基本的权利 ;只有维护和保持国家的稳定才能保障人权 ,是邓小平人权的一贯标准。

This paper expounds that the whole nation is the principal part of human rights. In discussing human rights, we must put the state’s sovereignty in the first position, emphasizing the economic rights as the basic in the content of human rights. Only when the state’s stability is upheld and maintained, can human rights be guaranteed. That is the consistent criterion in Deng Xiaopin’s human rights theory.
