论中国古代戏曲晚成的原因

Causes of Later Maturation of Ancient Chinese Drama

本文从社会政治环境、文人的地位及文化思潮与文艺主流方面出发 ,对中国古代戏曲较古希腊晚出近二千年、较古印度晚出一千多年的原因进行了分析。有别于单纯从戏曲的形成与发展史的角度来分析中国古代戏曲之晚成。

On the bases of social and political backgrounds, scholar’s positions, cultural trend of thought and mainstream in literature and art, the author analyzes the causes of later maturation of ancient Chinese drama than ancient Greek and Indian dramas. This perspective is different from the simple analysis of dramatic formation and development as causes of later maturation of ancient Chinese drama.
