The process of ideological and political education has its special dynamic structure,which is composed of elementary factors,basic phases and elementary links.The process of ideological and political education is an organic system,including the educational subject,the educational object,the educational medium and educational environment elements which are interrelated and interacted one another.In terms of a whole process of ideological and political education,it primarily consists of three basic phases:internalization,externalization,and reeducation.It also has three elementary links:setting its objective,facilitating its transformation and achieving its feedback inhibition.
