本文认为中国古代传统的监察制度在明初进一步完善，而且颇具特色，它在明王朝的创建时期发挥过积极作用。
This essay holds that the ancient Chinese traditional supervisory system was further perfected and thus gained some distinctive features in the early Ming dynasty. It played a positive role in the establishment of the Ming dynasty and had great influence on the whole political situation in the early Ming dynasty. \ \
