河北平山方言语音系统简论

A few remarks on the phonetic system of Pingshan dialect in Hebei Province

河北平山方言声母系统的变化与北方话基本一致 ,不同的是精组字保持独立 ,疑、影两母的今开口洪音字前有辅音 [ ];韵母系统中入声韵塞音韵尾已经消失 ,与阴声韵合流 ,没有形成撮口呼韵头 [y];声调系统中平声不分阴阳 ,入声基本自成一类 ,部分入声字按照出现的语音环境派入平、上、去三声之中。

There are certain dialectical changes in Pingshan dialect,especially the change of tones.For example,in the tone system there is no difference between the lst tone and the 2nd tone(two of the four tones of standard pronunciation of modern Chinese),and the entering tone(one of the four tones in classical Chinese pronunciation,still retained in certain dialects)basically creates a system of its own in Pingshan dialect.
